Friendly sales and service staff. They always have more inventory than other dealers in Baton Rouge. The prices are also better. They also have moble service to change oil and other services. Ask for Andy if you want to buy a vehicle. No pressure salesman and speaks Spanish for those who don’t speak English.

The staff is very friendly and helpful & the place itself is clean. They didn't have us waiting all day ... we got there about 12:30 & left about 1:00!! Didn't sit long at all!!!

Great service, and friendly team of professionals. I appreciate them always being up front with me on the estimated time of service when I drop off my vehicle, and their advice and guidance on additional needs for my Ford Explorer. Overall, they do a great job!

I scheduled an appt to have my car dropped off June 17. I called many times to check in and during this the original service advisor was switched to fast lane had I not called I would have never known. Then by 2.5 weeks with what they were diagnosing got told they were waiting to hear back from the warranty company. I called the warranty company… More who never got paperwork. With what was being told was wrong with my vehicle warranty company sent out an inspector to confirm these issues. They had nothing ready the first time he went out. I moved here not long ago from Texas and I have a leased Lincoln Corsair which I love, I had 2 recall items and I called Robinson Lincoln, talked to Jennifer, she went out of her way to get me an appointment and made sure my wait was very short, she said I would be there 1 and a half hours, they were finished a little over an hour and even washed my car. I would recommend going to Robinson Brothers and ask for Jennifer in service. She is a Jewel.

I cannot thank Anthony and Jason enough for an unbelievable experience buying my new aviator. They were so welcoming and polite. Best way to describe it is they make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. I would highly recommend them and Robinson Brothers.
